Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Microservices.
• Write optimized T-SQL queries and stored procedures for Microsoft SQL Server.
• Architect and design scalable, modular, and maintainable software systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Review code and ensure adherence to best practices in design, development, and documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, providing technical leadership and support.
• Evaluate and adopt new tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve team productivity.
• Ensure quality and performance of applications through testing, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Participate in Agile development practices such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

           Required Skills & Qualifications:\

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in:
• .NET Framework / .NET Core
• ASP.NET (Web Forms and/or MVC, Web API)
• WinForms (Desktop Application Development)
• C# and React 
• MSSQL (Advanced querying, optimization, stored procedures)
• Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and architectural principles.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex systems from scratch.
• Experience mentoring and coaching software engineers.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and business domains.

                    Nice to Have (Preferred):

• Experience with React has weightage.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
