Dot Net Developer

We are looking for an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, Web API, React.js or Angular, SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs. Experience with Azure, CI/CD, microservices, application security, and performance optimization will be an added advantage.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end application development, from requirement analysis and UI development to API, database development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• Develop scalable and secure RESTful Web APIs.
• Implement business logic, validations, authentication, and authorization.
• Work with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and ADO.NET.
• Follow SOLID principles, OOP concepts, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.
• Perform API and application performance optimization.

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js or Angular.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Build reusable UI components and integrate them with REST APIs.
• Implement client-side validations and error handling.
• Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Database Development

• Design and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Write complex SQL queries, joins, views, functions, and stored procedures.
• Perform SQL query and database performance tuning.
• Analyze execution plans, indexing, and database bottlenecks.
• Work on database design, data migration, and data integrity.

Integration & Architecture

• Integrate applications with internal and third-party APIs.
• Work with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, JWT/OAuth, and API security.
• Understand and contribute to microservices and API-driven architectures.
• Handle asynchronous processing and background services where required.

Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy and support applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Work with services such as Azure App Service, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Key Vault, Application Insights, etc.
• Work with Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Use Git for source-code management.
• Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes is an advantage.

Testing & Code Quality

• Write unit and integration tests.
• Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Ensure coding standards, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with QA teams for defect resolution and release activities.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other development teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Provide technical estimates and contribute to solution design.
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing activities.

Required Technical Skills:

• Programming: Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• Backend Development: Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core Web API, MVC, and REST APIs.
• ORM: Good knowledge of Entity Framework Core and LINQ.
• Frontend Development: Experience with React.js or Angular.
• Web Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Database: Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Database Programming: Expertise in Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, and Query Optimization.
• Version Control: Experience with Git, GitHub, or Azure Repos.
• Cloud: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.
• CI/CD: Knowledge of Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines.
• API Security: Understanding of JWT, OAuth, Authentication, and Authorization.
• Architecture: Strong understanding of MVC, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Microservices architecture.
• Application Development: Ability to develop scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performance applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience in enterprise web application development.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
