Job Summary

Candidate should be energetic, courteous, and guest-focused individuals to join our Front Office team as Doormen. The role involves welcoming guests, assisting with arrivals and departures, managing the hotel entrance, and ensuring a warm and professional first impression. The ideal candidate will be well-groomed, physically fit, with good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
Open doors for guests and assist them in entering and exiting the hotel.
Assist guests with luggage and coordinate with bell desk staff.
Manage the hotel entrance area to ensure smooth guest flow and vehicle movement.
Provide basic information about hotel services, facilities, and directions.
Assist in arranging taxis and transportation for guests.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and lobby area.
Observe and report any suspicious activities to ensure guest safety and security.
Respond politely and promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
Maintain high standards of grooming, posture, and professional conduct at all times.

Qualification Criteria

Education: 12th Pass
Age: 1830 years
