Door To Door Field Surveyor

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door face-to-face surveys with residents.
• Ask questions from a structured questionnaire.
• Record responses accurately using a mobile phone/tablet.
• Follow survey instructions and maintain a neutral, non-leading approach.
• Ensure collected information is complete and accurate.
• Visit assigned households/areas and achieve daily/weekly survey targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of respondents and collected information.
• Report field progress and observations to the project supervisor.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree / Graduation from a recognized university.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Punjabi and working knowledge of English.
• Comfortable speaking with people from different backgrounds.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
• Comfortable working outdoors and visiting households.
• Basic smartphone and data-entry skills.
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently.
