Hiring: Donor Relationship Manager CSR Partnerships

Looking for a Donor Relationship Manager to manage relationships with existing CSR donors, drive timely donor reporting, track fund utilisation, support renewals, and coordinate with Programme, Finance & M&E teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day CSR donor relationships
  Prepare donor reports, impact updates & presentations
  Track fund utilisation, milestones & reporting timelines
  Support donor renewals, proposals & concept notes
  Coordinate donor meetings, visits & reviews
  Maintain donor CRM, compliance & due diligence records
  

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in Donor Management / CSR Partnerships / Fundraising / Development Sector
  Strong proposal writing, reporting & presentation skills
  Experience working with CSR donors and cross-functional teams
