Domestic Voice Process (Bangalore)

We are looking for detail-oriented professionals to join The Customer Support Associate for Domestic Banking Process (often referred to as the Atom voice or chat support which focuses on handling digital interactions, account maintenance, and resolving client or merchant queries

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer and merchant queries, assist with account maintenance, resolve service-related issues, update account information, and maintain accurate records in internal systems.

Resolve customer and merchant queries professionally.

Assist with account maintenance and service-related requests.

Handle digital interactions and update customer information.

Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.

Meet productivity, customer satisfaction, and accuracy targets.

Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of BPO experience into any banking field

Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Ability to handle voice, chat, blended, or backend support tasks.

Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.

Good attention to detail.

Comfortable handling financial/customer information.

Good written communication and documentation skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

Ability to understand and follow detailed process guidelines.

Ability to work in a high-volume transaction-processing environment.

Eligibility

Education: 10+2

Experience: 1 Year - 4 Years

CTC: LPA 2.8 LPA to 5.5LPA

(Based on previous CTC and applicable hike, up to 30%. Max 5.5 LPA)

Work Details

Work Location: Work From Office

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Cab Facility: Cab Facility: One-way cab facility for night shifts only. Free night transport for women employees (7 PM7 AM). Male employees may be charged 75 per trip, as per the shared details.
