Domestic Tour Executive

Magickworld is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Domestic Tour Expert with hands-on experience in planning and selling travel packages across India.

The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage enquiries and achieve sales targets while working independently from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable domestic holiday packages.
• Design customised itineraries for individuals, families, and groups.
• Prepare accurate quotations, including hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel services.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, suppliers, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
• Manage booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Stay updated on Indian destinations, hotels, travel products, and seasonal offers.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in domestic travel sales, quotations, or operations.
• Good knowledge of popular tourist destinations across India.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under healthy pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Must have a personal laptop, a reliable internet connection, and a suitable work-from-home setup.
• Existing connections with hotels, suppliers, transport providers, or DMCs will be an added advantage.
