Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding for contract and permanent positions of Technical and Non-Technical roles.
• Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods, including job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster), social media (LinkedIn), ATS, and advanced internet sourcing techniques.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth process and timely follow-ups.
• Negotiate compensation packages and manage the offer process through to candidate acceptance and onboarding.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of pre-vetted candidates for a variety of domestic staffing roles.
• Analyze and understand open job requirements to identify qualified candidates effectively.
• Participate in daily team huddles with management and account managers to ensure all active roles are covered and closures are managed efficiently.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in domestic staffing.
• Strong sourcing skills using both traditional job boards and modern social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment CRM tools.
