Domestic Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Generating new domestic sales leads and following up with prospective customers.
• Handling customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and sales coordination.
• Achieving assigned sales targets and contributing to business growth.
• Regular follow-up with customers for orders, payments, and repeat business.
• Coordinating with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintaining customer records, sales reports, and regular MIS updates.
• Understanding customer requirements and providing suitable product solutions.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Performing other sales-related duties assigned by management.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Domestic Sales, preferably in the Food/FMCG or equivalent industry.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
• Good understanding of the domestic market.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
