Job Description:

• To validate and store shipping documents.
• To ensure proactive action to avoid an escalation.
• To undertake the transport planning of orders/shipments and forecasting.
• To share Productivity/improvement ideas related to the process.
• To take care of day to day deviation / escalation in the process and record the same.
• To track and trace for visibility of Domestic shipments and update and follow up missing statuses in system
• To align with different stakeholders (LSP, Carriers,etc) to obtain necessary information or documents related with shipment planning.
• To adhere to existing K + N Guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and Working Instructions following the business process mapping (BPM) structure.
