DomesticITRecruiter Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
Handle offer negotiation and onboarding process
Maintain candidate database and ATS
Requirements:
Experience in IT/technical recruitment
Knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and skills
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
