Domestic IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for IT positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback on application status updates.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field (C2H/Contract Hiring).
• Strong understanding of IT sourcing strategies and technical recruitment best practices.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Indeed or LinkedIn Recruiter.
