Job Summary

We are hiring 3 experienced Domestic IT Recruiters to support our India hiring operations. Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and joining follow-up.

The ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of the Indian IT talent market and be comfortable handling multiple technical requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment for technical positions across India.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, compensation, and availability.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and professional networks.
• Use Boolean searches and other sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates.
• Screen candidates for technical background, communication skills, compensation, notice period, and career interests.
• Work simultaneously on multiple IT requirements, including niche and hard-to-fill positions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Handle salary discussions, offer negotiation, and closures.
• Follow up with offered candidates through their joining date to minimize dropouts and no-shows.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and accurate candidate information.
• Meet defined targets for submissions, interviews, offers, and successful joiners.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition Managers and internal stakeholders to prioritize hiring requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 47 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment / India IT Recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Good knowledge of Boolean Search and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill combinations.
• Experience handling multiple technical requirements simultaneously.
• Strong candidate screening and assessment skills.
• Good understanding of notice periods, compensation structures, counteroffers, and the Indian IT hiring market.
• Experience with interview coordination, offer negotiation, and candidate closures.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting for Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, ERP, and other IT positions.
• Experience with IT staffing, consulting, or technology companies.
• Experience handling permanent and contract staffing requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Technology, or a related discipline.
