We are looking for an experienced Domestic Recruiter who can manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation and candidate closure.

Key Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals
• Candidate engagement and follow-up
• Interview coordination and offer negotiation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
