Position: Domestic IT Recruiter

Location: Gurugram (onsite)

We are looking for motivated Domestic IT Recruiter with 2+ year of experience to join our growing recruitment team. This role focuses on hiring for India-based technical positions across multiple technologies and domains.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of domestic IT recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and a strong interest in building a career in technical hiring within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for domestic IT positions across various technologies.
• Work on full-time, contract, and contract-to-hire requirements.
• Utilize job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.
• Must have experience in working on demands like SAP, ERP, Oracle, SFDC, Salesforce, Workday, Cybersecurity, Microsoft Office 365,
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate pipelines, submissions, and follow-ups.
• Assist with offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ year of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with hiring for IT roles in the Indian market is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of technical roles and skill sets is a plus.
