Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top tech talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and manage the full recruitment cycle.

• Source and attract candidates through various channels
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with tech roles and terminology
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Skills and Qualifications

Technical knowledge to be able to understand and explain requirements & qualifications

Proven work experience

The ability to negotiate with candidates
