Role & responsibilities

•Looking for an aggressive, quick learner, with a passion for continuous learning and performing with a high and rewarding career in recruitment.

•Should exhibit excellent interpersonal relationships and client / Candidate engaging skills.

• Responsible for Sourcing potential candidates based on the client's job description.

• Should be able to learn quickly and start using online platform tools (Naukri, etc) to identify potential resources.

• Will be responsible for pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities and role fit.

•  Willing to learn IT/software skills and technology terms.

• Willingness to learn and exhibit negotiation skills, which is one of the most imperative skills for a recruiter.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

•Excellent written and verbal communication with a very strong accent and active listening skills.

•Well-versed in Outlook, Google, and Microsoft.

•Having a learning urge always and staying up to date with new technologies.

• Willingness to adapt to the company work culture with a Positive mind & and a passion to grow along with the organization.

Should have well exposure in handling C2H hiring.
