Domestic & International Tours Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate domestic and international tour packages.
• Handle hotel bookings, flight reservations, transportation, and sightseeing arrangements.
• Coordinate with travel vendors, hotels, and overseas suppliers.
• Assist customers with visa documentation and travel formalities.
• Provide travel information, costing, and package quotations.
• Ensure smooth tour operations and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners.
• Monitor bookings, travel schedules, and tour confirmations.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.

Requirements

• Experience in domestic and international tour operations.
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations, hotels, and visa procedures.
• Good communication and customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency in itinerary creation and travel planning.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers and manage multiple bookings.
