About this role
- Conduct EV Training Classes: Deliver structured theoretical and practical training sessions to students in accordance with the Electric Vehicle curriculum, covering EV fundamentals, battery technology, BMS, electric motors, controllers, charging systems, diagnostics, and safety procedures.
- Prepare for Classes: Develop lesson plans, presentations, practical training modules, demonstrations, and instructional materials in advance. Summarize key concepts at the end of each session and assign relevant practical exercises, assignments, or homework.
- Conduct Practical & Workshop Training: Provide hands-on training on EV components, systems, tools, equipment, diagnostics, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety practices.
- Issue Training Materials and Safety Equipment: Distribute textbooks, course materials, practical training resources, uniforms, and required safety equipment to students as per program requirements.
- Conduct Guest Lectures and Industry Visits: Organize and coordinate guest lectures, expert sessions, workshops, and visits to EV manufacturing facilities, service centers, charging stations, or other relevant industry locations to provide practical exposure.
- Attendance and Student Records: Maintain accurate attendance records and monitor student participation, performance, and overall progress throughout the training program.
- Assignments, Practical Assessments & Examinations: Design and evaluate assignments, practical exercises, projects, and assessments to measure students' theoretical knowledge and practical understanding of EV technology. Conduct periodic assessments and final examinations, provide constructive feedback, and take corrective actions to improve student learning outcomes.
- Student Skill Development: Identify skill gaps among students and provide additional guidance, mentoring, and practical support to ensure they develop the technical competencies required for employment in the Electric Vehicle and automotive industry.
