Domain Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and implementation of category management strategies to drive cost savings, improve quality, and enhance supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that optimize procurement processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal customers, vendors, and senior leadership.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic sourcing decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 10+ years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Proven track record in category management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of sourcing/procurement principles and practices.
• Excellent vendor negotiation skills.
