Domain Lead - Knowledge Transfer (London Market)

Inviting applications for the role of AVP Knowledge Transfer & Knowledge Management

We are seeking a strategic leader to institutionalize knowledge transfer (KT) for transitions and steady-state operations, and establish robust knowledge management (KM) practices for London & Llyod’s portfolio in insurance unit. The role will partner closely with business leaders, delivery, transformation, and HR to deliver measurable outcomes: faster time-to-proficiency, lower dependency risk, improved client experience, and higher productivity.

Responsibilities

Knowledge Transfer & Knowledge Management

• Lead & Implement KT frameworks and methodologies ensuring smooth transitions
• Track KT outcomes (KT completion %, leakage defects, time-to-independence, hypercare success)
• Establish and drive knowledge management practices for new accounts or teams, including training solutions for new clients.

Measurement & Reporting

• Track, govern and highlight risk and create mitigation plan related to Learning Paths during training, documentation (SOP, Process Maps, Controls), Assessments, Handson
• Track training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and business metrics.
• Report progress to vertical leadership and propose improvements based on data insights.
• Create dashboards for customer and internal visibility

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with vertical heads, delivery leaders, account managers, and global L&D teams to align learning priorities and solutions.
