Domain Architect

Job Description You will lead the design and evolution of

large-scale Kubernetes-based platforms , working at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and strategy. This role goes beyond defining solutions — you will

drive how platforms are built, scaled, and operated , partnering closely with engineering teams while influencing key technical decisions across domains. You’ll play a central role in pushing forward a

Kubernetes-first, cloud-native vision , ensuring systems meet the highest standards of

resilience, scalability, and performance , while remaining pragmatic and production-ready.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Own and drive the architecture of Kubernetes-based platforms, from design to real-world production
• Translate complex business and product needs into clear, scalable technical solutions (HLD/LLD)
• Set direction and best practices across cloud-native, containerized environments
• Act as a technical leader, influencing decisions and guiding engineering teams
• Support teams on implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting in production
• Continuously improve platform capabilities across CI/CD, observability, and security

Key Skills And Experience

• Senior-level architect with strong experience designing and running cloud-native distributed systems at scale, with deep expertise in Kubernetes in production environments
• Combines hands-on technical depth with strategic thinking, comfortable in complex environments where performance, reliability, and scalability are critical
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native architectures
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices at scale
• Solid understanding of CI/CD (ideally GitOps), Linux, networking, and security
• Proven ability to influence technical decisions and lead through expertise
• Exposure to telecom platforms, service mesh, observability tools, or infrastructure as code is a plus
