Dollar Universe / UVMS – Strong hands-on experience with Dollar Universe, UVMS, Nodes, Queues, Sessions, Tasks, and Uprocs.
Job Scheduling & Workload Automation – Expertise in job dependencies, calendars, triggers, conditions, and event-based automation.
Enterprise Batch Processing – Proven experience managing and monitoring large-scale production batch environments.
Cross-Platform Scheduling – Experience scheduling and troubleshooting jobs across Linux/Unix, Windows, databases, and shell/PowerShell scripts.
Production Monitoring & Troubleshooting – Strong ability to troubleshoot job failures, stuck jobs, node/agent issues, performance problems, and workflow bottlenecks.
Incident Management – Experience handling P1/P2 production incidents, SLA-critical workloads, escalation, recovery, and RCA.
Workload Monitoring & Reporting – Experience with workload automation monitoring, alerts, dashboards, operational reporting, and batch SLA tracking.
Problem Management & RCA – Ability to perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive/corrective actions.
Production Support – Strong understanding of batch operations, job recovery, rerun/restart procedures, and production change management.
