Position Summary Regulatory, Risk & Forensic Our Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team supports client leaders translate multifaceted risk and an evolving regulatory environment into defensible actions that strengthen, protect, and transform organizations. Our team leverages advanced data, AI, and emerging technologies with deep domain and industry insights to help bring clarity from complexity and accelerate the path to value creation.

Position Summary Level: Analyst – Fixed term (6 months)

Work you’ll do: Our Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team (RRF) professionals support law firms and corporate legal teams with technology-enabled, high-volume legal, contractual and data review & management expertise. Our team supports the full document review lifecycle, from collection and processing through hosting, review, quality control, and production, using disciplined workflows that protect privilege and confidentiality. We also work with clients on contract lifecycle management, contract abstraction, digitization and analytics, system migration support, regulatory repapering, data breach review and claims review. We leverage AI and GenAI-enabled tools to improve overall review efficiency to deliver value-added outcomes. We work under client legal counsel’s direction to help protect privilege, safeguard confidential information, comply with privacy and regulatory requirements, and support defensible outcomes. Deloitte RRF professionals do not engage in the practice of law; our services are delivered under the supervision of client legal counsel.

Qualifications Education – must have

• LLB (three- or five-year program)
• LLM (optional), or equivalent degree

Additional Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Work experience should be post-qualification
• Specialized knowledge of document review, contract review, data breach concepts, data management tasks, and e-discovery/litigation industry is a plus
• Familiarity with the U.S. judicial system and legal fundamentals, methods, and procedures from the U.S. perspective
• Ability to multi-task, identify priority issues and excellent execution mentality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
• Professional demeanour and strong written and oral communication skills
• Flexibility with travel requirements of client service projects
• Team player, open to feedback, and contributes to positive team spirit
• AI/GenAI certification is a plus
• Consultative orientation and ability to deliver a broad range of innovative and value-added services
• Experience assisting with drafting reports and findings, including tables, exhibits, and charts
• Experience assisting with research on technical and industry-specific issues
• 0- 3years of exp.
