Job Introduction

The Document Review Associate role offers an opportunity to support global legal and eDiscovery projects for international clients. This position involves reviewing sensitive legal documents while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to project-specific protocols and quality standards.

• Shift Timing: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
• Location: Gurgaon
• Perks & Benefits: Transport facility provided
• Salary: 26.7K per month
• Duration: 1 month

- The contract duration may be extended based on individual performance and business requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Review legal and business documents as per defined project guidelines and review protocols • Identify and categorize documents as relevant, non-relevant, confidential, and privileged • Ensure adherence to quality, accuracy, and productivity benchmarks • Perform quality checks and report or escalate issues as required • Maintain strict confidentiality of all organizational and client information

Knowledge and Skills
•Basic understanding of legal terminology and document review concepts • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines • Good written and verbal communication skills • High level of attention to detail and analytical thinking • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes • Responsible for accurate time tracking and reporting. • Basic knowledge of eDiscovery tools and platforms (preferred but not mandatory) • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications is an added advantage

Qualification & Experience:
• LLB / LLM (preferred) • Understanding of legal fundamentals, methods, and procedures • Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Fresh graduates or postgraduates may apply.

- Candidates must possess all required graduation or postgraduation degree certificates, or official provisional/probation certificate issued by the respective university or institution at the time of joining.

Working Condition:
• Should be ready to stretch beyond regular working hours based on project needs. • Should be willing to travel on business for short-term or long-term assignments, as required • All company-specific policies must be followed without exception • Compulsory adherence to information security and data protection standards
