The project:

This opportunity is for residential, commercial and data centre projects.

You ll be responsible for:

• Manage project information and document control processes, ensuring compliance with Mace standards and governance requirements.
• Coordinate system onboarding, user access and permissions for project teams and external stakeholders.
• Administer document management systems, maintaining quality assurance and effective information workflows.
• Maintain document registers, distribution groups and work package matrices to support accurate information management.
• Monitor and support key project processes, including Requests for Information (RFIs), to ensure procedural compliance.
• Contribute to net zero carbon objectives through efficient, digital and sustainable information management practices.

You ll need to have:

• Degree qualification is essential with 3-10 years experience.
• Hands-on Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience.
• Experience in large-scale data center, commercial and residential construction projects.
• Strong site coordination and execution capabilities.
• Knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
• Ability to coordinate client, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project schedules and site deliverables.
