- Manage, organize, and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to projects, including contracts, drawings, technical reports, and correspondence.
- Implement and monitor document version control to ensure clarity, accuracy, and proper documentation history.
- Ensure all documents are correctly named, numbered, and stored logically for easy retrieval.
- Utilize document control systems or electronic document management software to track, store, and retrieve documents.
- Train team members on the correct use of the document control system and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Manage document distribution both internally and externally

- Track retrieval requests and maintain a record of document movement.
- Perform periodic audits of documentation to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and report discrepancies, working with relevant teams to resolve issues.

- Collaborate with various departments and project teams to compile, share, and update project documentation as needed.
- Manage document retention and disposal processes in accordance with legal and company policy requirements.
- Continuously seek to improve document control processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices.
