Role & responsibilities

Provide teleconsultation services through the

designated digital platform.

• Attend medical camps and conduct

Occupational Health Center (OHC) consultations

as required.

• Provide on-site medical consultations and

healthcare services during visits to old age

homes.

• Be available to work on weekends according to

roster schedules and public holidays based on

business requirements.

• Actively participate in webinars on digital

platforms and conduct seminars on medical

topics when required.

• Utilize the organization's Doctor Portal

(accessible via laptop, tablet, or mobile device)

for teleconsultations and prescription

generation.

• Prescribe medications and treatment plans

while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance

with legal, ethical, and clinical guidelines.

• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and

uphold professional standards of care.

Preferred candidate profile

• Mandatory: Valid MBBS degree.
• Registered Medical Practitioner with a valid

registration in the respective state.

• Strong medical knowledge and clinical

judgment.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of healthcare laws,

regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal

skills, including empathy and active listening.

• Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Knowledge of additional languages will be

considered an advantage.

• Experience in healthcare spaces like Practo,

Bajaj, and Mediassist can be considered.
