Doctor s Room Assistant

Responsible for supporting the smooth functioning of doctors consultation rooms and coordinating patient flow. Ensures consultation rooms are clean, organised and ready, with required stationery and supplies available. Guides patients, manages consultation queues and keeps relevant patient records and reports ready for the doctor s review. Coordinates with reception, nursing and other departments for appointments, investigations and follow-up requirements. Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality, follows hospital protocols and promptly communicates patient concerns to the appropriate team. Requires good communication, organisational and coordination skills, basic computer knowledge and a courteous approach to patient service.
