Job Description/
Responsibilities

1. Thorough knowledge of MBPA customs rules, regulations, and
port procedures.
2. Manage and process Gate Passes (Like Naval Dock, Yellow Gate,
Blue Gate etc )and other customs-related permits.
3. Maintain records of company vehicles such as Activa, Bolero,
owner vehicles, and other vehicles regularly entering and exiting
the dock premises.
4. Maintain site-wise records of all incoming and outgoing
materials.
5. Ensure daily material movement records are maintained through
Delivery Challans (DCs) and submit all relevant documents to the
Head Office on time.
6. Resolve issues related to weekly passes and ensure timely
renewals.
7. Coordinate with site teams, transporters, and Head Office for
smooth movement of materials and vehicles.

Good Communication , Able to work under pressure. Knowledge of
Customs & Port Regulations, Interpersonal Skills, Problem-Solving,
Basic Logistics Knowledge, Negotiation , Time Management,
