Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing supervision to ensure high-quality patient care.
  
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance with NABH standards.
  
• Develop and implement effective training programs for nurses on critical care, infection control, and midwifery practices.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to improve hospital operations and patient satisfaction.
  
• Ensure proper documentation of patient records, medication administration, and treatment plans.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-20 years of experience in nursing education or management role.
  
• Diploma in Gnm Nursing or Bachelor's degree in relevant specialization (e.g., B.Sc.).
  
• Strong knowledge of clinical nursing principles, NABH guidelines, and healthcare regulations.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective counseling and teamwork.
