DMS - Sales Automation Specialist - Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

Business Delivery & Tracking:

• Partner closely with Sales and Growth teams to deliver the business plan, review performance vs forecast and take corrective actions if required.
• Develop and implement consumer activation plans on different channels.
• Ensure effective utilization of marketing budget by proper planning, managing, and monitoring
• Rigorously track the business with special focus on key markets/channels/segments etc. New Product Development
• Plan & execute new product launches across categories for the brand.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders like packaging, content, design etc to ensure timely and quality launch. Consumer Understanding
• Talking to consumers basis defined research objective every month and uncovering important consumer insights
• Research and analysis on the categories and propositions in terms of sizing, potential and brand fit.
• Generate and scale up relevant insights which can be used for communication and innovation.

Marketing

• Execute marketing strategy across multiple marketing channels
• Work closely with the Content and Creative team to deliver brand communication assets.
• Take communication decisions based on market research and existing brand data.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Required: 2+ years sales/ marketing experience
• Basic knowledge of marketing concepts.
