Sr. WAREHOUSE OFFICERS :

Managing the Team and Supervising and managing day-to-day warehouse activities.

Supervise operations of receiving, picking and staging of items.

Supervise and manage loading and unloading functions in a warehouse.

Implement safety procedures in warehouse operations.

Maintain, manage and update warehouse inventory on a periodic basis.

Supervise organizing, arranging and rearranging of items in an orderly fashion in a warehouse.

Ensure cleanliness of warehouse premises.

Keep warehouse equipment, tools, and forklifts in good operational condition.

Assist the manager to Implement cost-efficient processes and reduce costs in warehouse operations.

Prepare and maintain documentation relating to shipping and other warehouse activities

FUNCTION : OPERATIONS

JOB TITLE  : SR FLOOR OFFICER

Managing the Team size of 80+, Optimal utilization of all SA's depending on Buying cycle, Weekends, Holidays, Festivals. Ensures proper ROTA management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Timely intimation to ASM and SM if recruitment gaps appear. Raise alarm on shrinkage patterns. Ensure that the floor is ready before the store opens and closely monitor Hygiene, FIFO, timely refilling, proper display & correct price boards to provide customer satisfaction & convenience. Ensure that the Remarks mentioned in Purchase Floor Walk register are implemented & do timely updation of registers. Ensure that the store is ready for the evening footfall and stocks are moved from warehouse to floor late in evening to enable easy refilling for the next day. Has to execute the various processes from the team. Ensure safety standards are followed by SAs within & outside the store. Provide support to the Manager during the Process Audit & Stock Audit. Ensure timely debit clearance & provide plan/instructions for stacking on Top-Top. In absence of Manager has to do "store opening" and oversee "cash hand over" to the bank/ collection agency. Needs to Actively participate in weekly store meetings. Conduct On the Job
