What You Will Own
- Revenue Growth: Drive GWP across fintech partners; meet monthly & annual targets
- Partnerships: Build & scale relationships with fintechs (payments, lending, neobanks, super apps)
- Embedded Insurance: Launch contextual products (loan-linked motor, sachet health, travel APIs)
- Integrations: Lead API journeys (Quote → Buy → Issue → Service) with tech teams
- Product Expansion: Introduce new product lines across partner ecosystems
- Performance: Optimize funnels, conversions, and partner profitability
- 3–5 yrs in fintech partnerships / digital distribution / insurtech
- Strong understanding of API integrations & embedded journeys
- Exposure to motor/health insurance products
- Proven ability to drive business via partners
- Strong stakeholder & execution skills
- Exposure to multi-product cross-sell models
- Understanding of digital customer journeys
