DM/ Manager - Commercial Vehicle

Role:

Own and drive the Commercial Vehicle portfolio centrally, with responsibility for business growth, profitability, pricing, commissions, renewals, product initiatives and portfolio steering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own CV business performance and profitability.
• Drive pricing, commission and portfolio strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities across segments, channels and geographies.
• Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Product, Actuarial, Finance and Renewals teams.
• Track key business metrics and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve growth, retention and business quality.
  
  

Required Skills:

• 3–4 years of experience in Motor/CV Insurance, Strategy, Product, Analytics or Portfolio Management.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in pricing, profitability, business planning or portfolio steering.
