About this role
Department - Sales Marketing (Vegetable)
- Strategic planning and execution of Crop/Segment wise trials in the assigned region.
- Evaluation of Product performance and recommendation.
- Data Analysis of trials on regular basis.
- Market analysis and update.
- Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve the customer experience and drive progress toward goals.
- Define new product strategy, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
- Supervision and giving technical training to the team.
- Regular update to Breeders for improvement and changing scenario.
- Negotiate work with stakeholders and team members.
- Demonstrate selected product USPs to stakeholders.
- Assist in training and/or documentation that accelerates the successful adoption of new products.
- Update the total activities and trial status on regular basis.
- Budgeting of OPEX and CAPEX for the region.
Location :Sohna , Pune, Kolkata No of Position : 3 (Kolkata-1) Qualification :
Im- Post Graduation / Graduation in Agriculture or Horticulture.
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in product development in Veg
