As a District Sales Manager, you will have full business responsibility for the assigned area, driving sustainable growth through techno-marketing skills and business development. You will lead a team of Area Business Managers and Executives to implement company marketing strategies and deliver value-added services to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Area Business Managers and Executives to achieve quarterly sales budgets and business objectives.
- Implement marketing plans and key cycle activities effectively to ensure all brands contribute to regional growth.
- Manage comprehensive product mixes and efficient stock levels to meet animal health business goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, key accounts, and retailers while providing value-added services.
- Control regional expense budgets and provide strategic market inputs to the marketing department.
Minimum qualifications
- Education: Bachelor s Degree in Veterinary Medicine, or equivalent
- Experience: Min 7 years of experience in sales management or animal health.
- Key skills: Techno-marketing proficiency and people management for performance development.
Preferred qualifications
- Proven track record in achieving sales growth across diverse product portfolios.
- Experience in stock management and expense budget control.
- Strong collaborative skills for working across Marketing, Finance, and EEM functions.
