Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of projects by coordinating with team members.
  
• Manage field operations, including logistics, budgeting, and reporting.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to ensure effective program implementation.
  
• Monitor school performance data and provide regular reports on progress.
  
• Coordinate with schools, government officials, and other stakeholders to implement innovative solutions for education sector development.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in program coordination or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of government liaisoning processes and procedures.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to build strong relationships with various groups.
  
• Proficiency in data tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Excel).
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
