Qualification:

Masters degree in Agricultural Sciences/ Natural Resources Management/ Environmental Sciences/ Environment Engineering/ Agricultural Engineering/ Agrometeorology.

Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 years of working experience in project planning / implementation/ monitoring/ evaluation related to agriculture/ NRM/ biodiversity and Climate Change projects.
• Proven experience in participatory planning processes and dialogue facilitation between government, development partners, private sector and civil society and community.
• Ability to lead large development projects at district level.
• Good analytical and report writing skills.
• High levels of computer literacy; competent use of Microsoft office packages.
• Proficient in English and Hindi.
