Fluency in Odia language is mandatory.

Candidate Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in the development sector.
• Candidates who have worked in the education sector will be preferred.

Key Results

• Effective and efficient program coordination at the district level.
• Support to the Program Managers

Key Responsibilities

• Willingness to travel to different locations across the district minimum 70 percent of total working time.
• Ability to conduct training for Anganwadi workers.
• Other responsibilities as requested by the Program Managers.
• Ability to liaison with stakeholders on a regular basis and create a long-term lasting relationship
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to conduct training for Anganwadi workers
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn quickly.
