Distribution Manager

Mission: Implement and manage the distribution programs with the partners of a given perimeter in line with the distribution strategy as part of the Region Go to Market ambitions.

• Establish a Territory diagnostic and identify key trends in market the sell-out
• Elaborate tactics to address his perimeter (market, channel, geography, )
• Identify and recruit new channel partners in line with the Region orientations
• Conduct business reviews, steer and make corrective action as appropriate
• Develop and animate the partnership
• Create documentation and tailor programs by customers
• Ensure proper allocation of resources to optimize Michelin & partners performance consistently with distribution strategy
• Provide customer/partners with regular communications and updates that pertain to their businesses, appropriate training solutions to partners, measure its performance and propose corrective actions.
• Manage assigned projects by ensuring programs are in line with customer specifications and requirements, Execute hand-off to stakeholders
• Promotes and valorize the Sell Out approach with selected customers and sales forces to reinforce Michelin & Partner’s respective performance.
• Follows customer satisfaction and contributes to identify actions to improve it.
