About this role
We're Hiring | Distribution Manager | Mumbai
At Tekstar India Pvt. Ltd., distribution is not just about moving products from Point A to Point B. We're looking for a Distribution Manager who understands that an efficient supply chain directly impacts customer satisfaction, inventory health, working capital, profitability, and business growth. If you're someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving operational challenges, and believes in building systems rather than simply managing daily activities, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end distribution operations across India
- Coordinate with warehouses, transporters, distributors, and internal teams
- Ensure timely order processing and on-time deliveries
- Monitor inventory movement and optimize stock availability
- Improve warehouse and logistics efficiency
- Analyze distribution costs and identify process improvements
- Maintain accurate MIS reports and performance dashboards
- Resolve operational issues proactively while ensuring excellent customer service
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Service to ensure seamless business operations

Preferred Experience
- 510 years of experience in Distribution, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Commercial Operations
- Experience in Consumer Electronics, Personal Care, FMCG, Home Appliances, or General Trade distribution
- Strong understanding of inventory planning, order fulfilment, transportation, distributor operations, and warehouse management
- Experience working with ERP systems and Excel-based reporting
