Team Leader – Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Team Leader to manage day-to-day team activities, support team members, and ensure smooth and efficient operations. The person will be responsible for coordinating the team, monitoring performance, providing guidance, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily activities of the team.
• Guide, support, and motivate team members in their assigned responsibilities.
• Allocate work and ensure tasks are completed within the required timelines.
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
• Conduct team meetings and communicate important updates.
• Help team members resolve day-to-day work-related issues.
• Coordinate with other departments whenever required.
• Maintain proper records and prepare regular reports.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
• Ensure company policies, processes, and work standards are followed.
• Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a professional working environment.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate a team.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with basic computer applications and reports.
• Prior experience in a team-handling or coordination role will be an advantage.

Experience: Fresher to 1+ year, depending on role requirements.
