Distribution Manager (TL)

PNB MetLife- Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve assigned targets.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
• Train and guide team members to improve their skills and productivity.
• Track individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
• Conduct team meetings and communicate company goals, updates, and strategies.
• Support team members in resolving work-related issues.
• Coordinate with managers and other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain regular performance reports and provide updates to management.
• Help new team members understand processes and responsibilities.
• Ensure the team follows company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
