1. Coordinate with the reefer truck transporter for timely vehicle arrival, alignment, and

loading operations.

2. Ensure that all packed fruit punnets are fully ready and staged before the transport vehicle arrives.

3. Verify the exact physical quantity of punnets loaded against the active dispatch plan and relevant indent.

4. Supervise proper handling and secure arrangement of punnets during loading to minimize transit damage.

5. Coordinate with the company representative accompanying the vehicle to ensure smooth delivery at the Vendor warehouse.

6. Monitor strict dispatch timelines and immediately communicate any transport delays or operational bottlenecks.

7. Ensure that the designated company representative safely delivers the consignment to the correct Vendor warehouse.

8. Oversee the representative to guarantee that the entire dispatched quantity is properly and systematically handed over.

9. Secure formal receiving, stamps, and signed acknowledgment from the Vendor

warehouse against the delivered consignment.

10. Monitor, document, and record any physical shortages, quality rejections, or receiving discrepancies reported by the Vendor.

11. Coordinate directly with internal teams for swift resolution of any receiving-related

conflicts or operational issues.

12. Maintain flawless daily records and MIS sheets comparing the total dispatched quantity versus final accepted quantity.

13. Coordinate printing of accurate barcodes and compliance stickers through the Vendor portal or software.

14. Inspect packed items to ensure that sticker information matches the exact order, variety, and pack size details.
