Role: Distribution Data Management Analyst
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM
Work mode: Hybrid (4- WFO and 1-WFH)

Key Responsibilities
- Data operations ownership: client data updates, CRM/MSD issue resolution, AUM/flow validation, trade support, onboarding.
- Data quality: define rules, rootcause analysis, exception workflows, validation evidence.
- Crossfunctional remediation: partner with tech/analytics teams, lead remediation cycles.
- Documentation: SOPs, data dictionaries, process maps, reusable troubleshooting.
- Team development: coach junior analysts on standards, communication, escalation.
Requirements
- 58 yrs in data management, governance, BI, or financial services.
- Strong SQL & Excel.
- Experience in dataset profiling, reconciliations, validation logic, sourcetotarget mapping.
- Knowledge of data lifecycle, lineage, CRM/distribution/financial data preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical & problemsolving skills.
