Distribution Analyst

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily logistics-related activities to maintain seamless operations across regional distribution channels
• Managing domestic vendor transport arrangements to ensure efficient dispatch, tracking, and timely delivery
• Handling vendor invoice processing and managing the end-to-end P2P process
• Executing cost allocations of transport expenses towards respective service centers with precision
• Acting as a backup for preparing, analyzing, and reporting on inventory counts
• Identifying process gaps in transport operations and working collaboratively to develop efficient logistics workflows

Qualifications

• Practical experience in managing domestic transport vendors, freight operations, and logistics workflows
• Demonstrated experience in vendor invoice handling, P2P cycles, and transport cost accounting or allocations
• Background in inventory reporting, physical inventory count reconciliation, and operational analytics
• Professional certifications in supply chain or logistics are a plus but not required

Competencies

• Proficiency in SAP, especially the MM module
• Strong analytical skills in MS Excel and Power BI
• Ability to create effective presentations
• High attention to detail in tracking financial allocations and inventory metrics
• Strong communication skills to manage vendor relationships across the APAC region effectively
• A proactive problem-solving mindset to develop structured solutions for operational delays
