Dispatch/Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a Dispatch/Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse and dispatch operations, ensuring timely movement of materials, proper inventory control, and smooth coordination with internal teams, transporters, and vendors. Will have to travel to Mumbai,Pune,Hyderabad & Bangalore locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse, dispatch, loading and unloading operations.
• Manage inward and outward movement of materials and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure accurate stock, inventory and material reconciliation.
• Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch records, invoices, delivery challans and MIS reports.
• Ensure proper packing, labelling and handling of materials.
• Monitor warehouse housekeeping, safety and security standards.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts and other teams for dispatch requirements.
• Track deliveries and resolve delays, shortages or discrepancies.
• Supervise warehouse/dispatch staff and allocate daily work.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and warehouse processes.
