Dispatch Team Lead

Core Responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead, train, and schedule dispatch staff to maintain high performance and accountability.
• Daily Operations: Oversee order processing, packing, loading, and shipment tracking to meet strict delivery deadlines.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with transport providers, courier partners, and drivers to resolve delays or route issues.
• Documentation & Compliance: Verify shipping papers like invoices and e-way bills, and enforce workplace safety and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in inventory software or ERP systems and track performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of supervisory or logistics/warehouse experience.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and enterprise software (ERP/SAP/Tally).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving under pressure, and leadership abilities.
