Dispatch Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily inward and outward inventory activities.
• Ensure proper receiving, checking, counting, and storage of incoming material.
• Monitor picking, packing, loading, and timely dispatch of orders.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock verification.
• Manage damage and return of stock and update the company timely.
• Ensure proper placement of stock in warehouse SKU wise, demand wise so that picking doesn't take time and FIFO is followed
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and transporters for smooth dispatch operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to inventory and dispatch.
• Maintain Excel-based stock, dispatch, inward, outward, and pending order reports.
• Identify stock shortages, excesses, damages, and discrepancies and report them to management.
• Ensure proper documentation for all inward and outward movements.
• Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain proper warehouse discipline, cleanliness, and safety practices.
• Coordinate with the operations/management team for urgent orders and dispatch requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be responsible, hardworking, disciplined, and capable of independently handling inventory, inward/outward operations, dispatch coordination, Excel work, and MIS reporting.
